Welcome to Pressd up (“Pressd up”, “pru”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website www.pressdup.com and any purchases made through it. By using our site or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by the revised date above. Continued use of our site after updates indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
Orders and Payments
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed through our secure payment partners, Stripe and PayPal. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
Press’d Up reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases of payment issues, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship within New Zealand and Australia. Delivery times and shipping options are displayed at checkout and may vary based on your location.
While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to external factors such as courier delays, weather events, or public holidays. Press’d Up is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been dispatched.

Returns and refunds
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless a product arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@pressdup.com, including your order number and photos of the issue.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the issue has been reviewed and verified.
Liability
Our products are intended for external use only. Please follow all usage instructions provided on packaging and our website.
Pressd up is not responsible for allergic reactions, skin irritation, or injuries resulting from product misuse or sensitivity.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
