This Shipping Policy describes how Pressd up (“Pressd up”, “pru” “we”, “us”, or “our”) processes, fulfils, and delivers customer orders. This policy applies to all purchases made through our website www.pressdup.com. We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time, and any changes will be reflected by revising the date above. We encourage you to review this policy whenever you make a purchase to stay informed about our shipping practices.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once an order is processed and shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the customer.

Shipping within New Zealand

We ship all New Zealand orders via NZ Post to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Express Shipping (if available): 1–2 business days

Flat-rate Shipping Cost: $0.00 NZD for standard shipping

Shipping to Australia

International orders to Australia are shipped via NZ Post.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard International Shipping: 5–10 business days

Shipping Cost: $13.00 NZD (flat-rate)

Please note: additional customs duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.
Tracking updates can be viewed on the NZ Post website or mobile app.

Delivery Information

Please ensure all shipping details entered at checkout are correct. Pressd up is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Courier or customs delays

  • High seasonal demand

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take care to ensure all orders are packaged securely. If your package arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date.

For damaged items, include clear photos of the package and the product when reaching out. We will work with NZ Post to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
